Quattros began in 1990 by a young Italian family in central Melbourne who dedicated themselves to bringing their passion for authentic fine food to life from their home bakery.
As demand increased for their quality hand crafted focaccia’s and pizza bases the family required a larger premises to fulfill the volumes required by major Supermarkets, Independent retailers, Restaurants and Cafes.
Today, Quattro’s Bakehouse is still a family operated business proudly managed by The Sivlim Family.
The 14,000 sq. ft. innovative manufacturing plant is well located to the major arterial road system between Melbourne and Sydney (Hume Highway), as well as the Airport and Melbourne Ports. This location ensures fast and efficient access to Australia wide distribution networks. Quattro's has developed the most efficient Australia wide distribution network which can get any product to store anywhere in Australia within 2 days of despatch (excluding WA).
Quattros continue to create enduring quality products and bake fresh daily to supply for the wider Australian consumer. Providing a range of fresh, ambient, chilled and frozen stone baked pizza bases. Currently servicing multiple major Supermarkets, convenience stores, Food Services, Restaurants and Cafes.

From the careful selection and rigorous testing of raw materials, through controlled manufacturing processes, to efficient packaging and distribution.
